Tari Wali (Wali Dance)
Wali Dance can be defined as dances that performed only during temple festival, such as Baris Dance, Topeng Dance, Rejang Dance, Barong Dance, Sang Hyang Dance, etc. Wali Dance also known as sacred dance. The dances it selves are part of the ceremony, even dancing is an offering to God.
Tari Bebali (Bebali Dance)
Bebali Dance are those dances that presented to the temple festival devotee.
Tari Balih-Balihan (Balih Balihan Dance)
Bali-Balihan Dance can dances that performed only for pleasure, tourist consumption, common social activities, etc. such as Panyembrahma Dance, Belibis Dance, Manuk Rawa Dance, and other new creation of dances. Since tourism grows up in Bali, sacred dances and Bebali Dances are now also modified as profan art and performed to serve tourist.
